of the highlights of the fiesta of Mandaue is the MISS MANDAUE
BEAUTY PAGEANT. A showcase of Pinay Beauty and talents, held
every 7th day of May, night before the fiesta. Miss Mandaue is
chaired by Miss Lolipop Ouano Dizon, daughter and executive
secretary of Mandaue City Mayor Thadeo Z. Ouano. (Click

Since MANTAWI FESTIVAL is a celebration of the
Mandauehanons’ unity, the BALIK MANDAUE PROGRAM
